Os avanços na tecnologia fizeram fabricantes desenvolverem peças mais complexas em pouco tempo com uma boa qualidade. Essas são feitas por tecnologias de usinagem a laser, plasma, onde elas algumas dessas bem estabelecidas manufatura. Neste trabalho foi utilizado pesquisa bibliográfica, sob abordagem campo que o processo mecanizado mostrando ar comprimido como gás corte. Foi analisado os parâmetros do entrada velocidade, pressão e DBCP, juntamente saída foram, temperatura, microtrinca, ZAC dureza comparando aço 1016 Inox TP 316L. dados coletados foram analisados estatisti-camente, modelagem computacional meio ensaios não destrutivos. Toda realização experimentos composta mesa bancada aço, um dispositivo rotação tu-bos, máquina compressor 8 psi, suporte regulagem para DBCP (distância bico contato peça) termovisor. Como resultado das análises da influência parâmetro no 316L teve presença microtrinca po-dendo afirmar prejudicial dos entrada. Já nos aços SAE nas amostras 1, 2, 7 8, sendo velocidade úni-cos influenciadores.
